“Ahavah Care™ is a biblically grounded soul formation process that helps individuals realign their hearts with the covenant love of God.
In Scripture, the heart is the governing center of the will — and what we love ultimately shapes who we become.
Through guided prayer and structured spiritual reflection, Ahavah Care™ helps restore disordered attachments, heal fragmentation caused by trauma, and cultivate heart-to-heart communion with the LORD.”

Soma•Vida stands alongside the rich tradition of inner healing prayer ministries that have helped many people experience freedom and renewal in Christ.
Our distinct emphasis is on relational safety, nervous-system regulation, and embodied peace, grounded in the belief that healing unfolds most deeply when the whole person—spirit, soul, and body—is honored.
Rather than leading with techniques or problem identification, Soma•Vida begins with presence: creating space for Jesus to meet each person gently, at a pace their heart and body can receive.
Soma•Vida does not replace or compete with other leading prayer models: SOZO, Immanuel Approach, or Theophostic Prayer. Instead, we offer a trauma-aware framework that infuses elements from all three to holistically support sustainable healing, particularly for individuals with complex trauma, deep spiritual wounding, or nervous-system sensitivity.
Our posture is complementary, not corrective to any of the other leading models.

Yes. We hold every story with the utmost compassion and confidentiality, except where disclosure is required by law for safety.
We do not shame, correct, interrogate, or spiritualize pain. We simply walk alongside you to offer skilled support as prayerful guides who have “gone before you” on the path to healing. -
These private, one-on-one sessions offer a safe, respectful, and Christ-centered space to explore sexual health and intimacy concerns with wisdom, compassion, and clarity.
Drawing from my background as a Certified Sexual Health Educator and Intimacy Coach, sessions may include support around:
Sexual intimacy within marriage
Desire discrepancy, arousal, and responsiveness
Body image, shame, and sexual self-understanding
Healing after sexual betrayal or relational rupture
Faith-integrated sexual ethics and boundaries
Reconnecting to the body after trauma or long-term stress
Preparing for intimacy (engaged or newly married women)
These sessions are educational, coaching-based, and spiritually grounded discipleship—not psychotherapy or clinical counseling. My role is to educate, guide, normalize, and empower, helping women understand their bodies, desires, and relational patterns through a lens of dignity, truth, and grace.
Sessions are paced gently, trauma-aware, and tailored to your goals, season, and comfort level.
This work is about restoring wholeness, not fixing what is “broken.”
Important Scope Note:
These sessions are not clinical counseling or mental-health treatment and are not a replacement for licensed therapy. When deeper clinical or psychiatric support is needed, I will gently encourage appropriate referrals.

In preparation for your Prayer session, we ask that you complete and return to us your Intake Form and Waiver as soon as possible so that we may begin to prayerfully prepare.
In addition, we invite and encourage you—if you are able—to fast for at least 24 hours beforehand and to spend extra time in worship and quiet reflection, inviting the Holy Spirit to lead and prepare your heart. It is also very beneficial to recruit additional intercessory prayer for your session from a spiritual mentor, pastor, or trusted person in your life.
When the time for your session arrives, please choose a private, quiet space with a solid internet connection where you can be fully present and uninterrupted.
You will also benefit from having the following items: water, Kleenex, a pen, and paper to take notes.
We welcome any questions that you may have as you prepare.

Soma•Vida is a spiritual prayer ministry, not clinical counseling or psychotherapy. While counseling often focuses on assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic techniques, Soma•Vida centers on prayerful encounter with Jesus empowered by the Holy Spirit in a safe, unhurried environment.
We do not analyze, diagnose, or treat mental health conditions. Instead, we create space for God’s presence to bring restoration at a pace the heart and body can receive.
Many people choose to participate in Soma•Vida alongside counseling or pastoral care, and we value this collaborative approach.

No.
You are never required to share details or revisit memories unless you feel safe and led to do so. Healing does not depend on recounting the past—it flows from encountering the love of the Father through the power of the Holy Spirit, and the person of Jesus Christ. -
That is completely okay.
Soma•Vida is not forced, outcome-driven. Sometimes the most important work is simply resting in His presence, feeling safely held by others, being seen and heard, and feeling loved by God.However, we have never witnessed a genuine seeker to “walk away empty-handed”.

No.
Many people come seeking greater peace, clarity, or connection with God—not because something is “wrong,” but because something deep within is being gently restored. -
Yes. Our love for you is not determined by your choice to believe in Jesus Christ or not, but your relationship with God through His Son, Jesus is essential because our Divine connection (our ability to hear Spirit-to-spirit) is established upon the moment of our salvation, when we freely choose to place our faith in Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of our sin/s, and to follow Him in faithful servitude to God’s will. (Romans 10:9)
