Healing that Honors Spirit, Mind, Heart, and Body
Ahavah Care™ Sessions at Soma•Vida are Jesus-led, trauma-informed prayer encounters designed to create a safe space for emotional, spiritual, and nervous-system restoration.
A Jesus-First, Trauma-Informed Approach
At Soma•Vida, we integrate:
• Christ-centered prayer
• Gentle somatic awareness
• Trauma-informed pacing
• Scriptural truth
• Listening prayer and discernment
We do not rush emotional exposure or pursue dramatic experiences. We follow Jesus’ pace and honor your capacity.
Safety is spiritual and physiological.
At Soma•Vida, we believe healing is most sustainable when it is paced and discerned carefully.
For many women, a single SOUL CARE Session brings meaningful breakthrough and clarity.
Some may benefit from a short series of sessions (typically 2–3) when deeper trauma layers or a trauma-filled family history are present.
If it becomes clear that ongoing clinical support or specialized care would serve you best, we will gently guide you toward appropriate referrals. We do not believe in creating dependency or extending sessions beyond what is spiritually and psychologically wise.
Our goal is not to keep you in a process.
Our goal is to see you steady and fully supported.
Ahavah Care™: Whole Healing Prayer Session with two Ministers- 2hr-3hr
What Is a SOUL CARE Session?
A Soma•Vida SOUL CARE Session is a 2hr.- 3hr. (max) guided, prayer-centered experience where we intentionally invite Jesus to lead the healing process via a private Zoom.
These sessions are not about performance or pressure. They are about listening, slowing down, and partnering with the Holy Spirit in a way that honors both your story and your nervous system.
We believe healing touches the whole person:
• Spirit — reconnecting with God’s presence and truth
• Mind — renewing beliefs and internal narratives
• Body — restoring safety and regulation
Healing is not forced.
It is gently unfolded with gentle care.
Soul Care May Support You If You:
• feel stuck spiritually or emotionally
• carry unresolved trauma or grief
• experience anxiety or internal heaviness
• want deeper connection with God
• desire prayer that honors emotional safety
• are seeking restoration after relational pain or betrayal
Soul Care Is Not:
• psychotherapy
• crisis intervention
• medical treatment
• deliverance spectacle
• forced confession or exposure
We do not replace licensed clinical care. Many participants engage in Soul Care alongside therapy or counseling.
Our Posture
We are not the Healer.
Jesus is.
Our role is to create safe, prayerful spaces where His love, truth, and gentleness can be experienced without pressure.
Where Hesed Regulates and Truth Restores.
If your heart resonates with this approach, you are welcome here.
