Ronilynn Brissey-Ramos

Ronilynn, “Roni” is a prophetic prayer minister, trauma-informed Clinical Somatic Practitioner, and Sexual Wholeness & Intimacy Coach with more than three decades of ministry leadership, teaching, and service. Her work is devoted to helping women heal from sexual trauma, intimate betrayal, and embodied shame—guiding them toward restored identity and wholeness through Holy Spirit-led, Scripture-anchored, and body-aware care.
Roni is the founder of Soma•Vida, a healing-centered nonprofit dedicated to renewing identity, restoring safety within the body, and supporting lasting freedom across the spirit, soul, and body. Soma•Vida integrates Biblical inner-healing prayer, trauma-informed somatic practices, movement-based regulation, and sexual health education to offer women a reverent, compassionate pathway toward wholeness—one that honors both faith and physiology.
Formation & Credentials
Roni’s professional and ministry formation bridges theology, trauma awareness, embodiment, and sexual health education. She completed formal training in Sexual Health Promotion through the School of Health, Physical Education, and Recreation at Indiana University Bloomington, as well as graduate-level coursework in Human Sexuality: A Therapeutic Integration through the Institute for Sexual Wholeness.
Her background includes certifications in Pilates, Clinical Somatics, trauma-informed movement & breathwork (500+ training hours), and life coaching, with a long-standing emphasis on nervous-system regulation, attachment repair, and embodied healing. She has also served as a student member of the American Board of Christian Sex Therapists, grounding her coaching and instruction in ethical care, theological integrity, and deep respect for the body’s role in trauma recovery.
Ministry & Leadership Experience
Over the course of her life, Roni has founded and led multiple women’s ministries and nonprofit initiatives focused on sexual integrity, marital intimacy, embodiment, and spiritual formation—including Dancing Queen (inspired by Queen Esther—Esther 2:17 & 5:2) and One Pure Love ministries serving engaged and married Christian women through teaching, retreats, and discipleship.
She has served extensively in church leadership across prayer ministry, women’s and marriage small groups, children’s ministry, discipleship, hospitality, and special-event teams, with more than two decades of active service at 12Stone Church. Her ministry life is marked by both consistency and breadth—spanning intercessory prayer, pastoral care, teaching, and hands-on service.
Roni’s experience also includes international humanitarian work with World Hope International, participating in clean-water and community-development initiatives in Mozambique, Africa, supporting women, children, and local villages through sustainable care.
In addition to ministry leadership, Roni has spent years working at the intersection of embodiment, creativity, and identity—serving as an instructor, coach, and educator in dance and movement-based disciplines, and as the owner of a women-focused portraiture studio devoted to helping women reclaim dignity, confidence, and embodied voice.
She currently serves in Prophetic Prayer Ministry at Arise Church and continues to develop Soma•Vida curricula designed to help women encounter God’s healing presence, restore relational safety, and live in aligned wholeness—spirit, soul, and body.
Personal
When Roni is not serving the Body of Christ, she enjoys traveling with her high-school sweetheart and husband of 37 years, Luis. Together, they are members of The Circumnavigators Club (Founded 1902) and co-owners of a boutique travel-concierge business, Gloria Dei Travels. Roni delights in creative expressions, but—most of all— she treasures her family, God’s greatest blessing in this life apart from knowing Him, and she holds her three children, their spouses, and five grandchildren close to her heart, always.

Linda is a native Floridian; she grew up with her father, a disabled WWII Veteran, and her mother, who was often absent due to work, so caregiving for her eight younger siblings was her primary responsibility until she chose to begin her own family with the love of her life, Ronald, and soon-to-be daughter, Ronilynn.
Over the following 40+ years, Linda has served in a wide variety of teaching and Prayer Ministries. In 1998, while attending Faith Assembly of God (Orlando, FL), Linda received her prophetic "Call to Prayer” and began serving as an Inner Healing and Deliverance Prayer Minister. She went on to serve at The Healing Rooms (Buford, GA), 12 Stone (Flowery Branch, GA), The Upper Room-Walk to Emmaus Ministries (Nashville, TN), and at Holy Spirit Encounter (White Columns, GA). Linda’s service has taken her throughout the U.S., and as far away as the Osanri Choi Ja-shil Memorial Fasting Prayer Mountain (the largest and most prominent prayer mountain in South Korea)-Established in 1973 by the Yoido Full Gospel Church.
Linda currently holds the Sr. Prayer Minister position with Soma•Vida, and she conducts regular prayer sessions serving the body of Christ via Zoom.

When Linda is not serving the Body of Christ, she spends time gardening with her beloved husband of 55 years, quilting or antiquing with her sisters, and spending time with her three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
