Ronilynn Brissey-Ramos
Founder + Prayer Minister + Lead Instructor
“Roni” serves as a prophetic prayer minister, trauma-informed Clinical Somatic Practitioner, and student member of the American Board of Christian Sex Therapists (2009). With more than three decades of ministry, teaching, and service experience, she specializes in helping women heal from sexual trauma, intimate betrayal, and embodied shame through Spirit-led, Scripture-anchored, and body-aware care.
Roni is the founder of Soma•Vida, a healing-centered nonprofit dedicated to renewing identity, restoring safety to the body, and supporting lasting spiritual, mental, and somatic freedom. Her work integrates Biblical Inner-Healing Prayer, Clinical Somatics, Trauma-informed Movement, and Sexual Health Education, offering women a pathway toward wholeness that honors both faith and physiology.
She holds formal training in Sexual Health Promotion (Indiana University–Bloomington) and Human Sexuality: A Therapeutic Integration (Institute for Sexual Wholeness), alongside certifications in Pilates, Clinical Somatics, and Trauma-informed Movement (500 hr.). Her teaching approach is grounded, compassionate, and deeply respectful of the nervous system’s role in trauma recovery.
Roni has founded and led multiple women’s ministries and retreats focused on sexual integrity, marital intimacy, embodiment, and spiritual formation. She has served extensively in church leadership, small-group facilitation, prayer ministry, children’s ministry, and International missions (World Hope International), including humanitarian work in Mozambique, Africa, supporting women and families through clean-water initiatives.
She currently serves in prophetic prayer ministry at Arise Church and continues to develop Soma•Vida curricula designed to help women encounter God’s healing presence, reclaim their embodied voice, and live in restored alignment—spirit, soul, and body.
Personal
When Roni is not serving the Body of Christ, she spends time traveling with her High School sweetheart/husband of 37 years, Luis, as members of The Circumnavigators Club (Founded 1902) and owners of a boutique travel concierge business, Gloria Dei Travels. She enjoys reading, dancing, anything artsy, and last, but certainly not least, spending time with her three children and five grandchildren!
Linda J. Brissey
Senior Inner Healing Prayer Minister
Linda is a native Floridian; she grew up with her father, a disabled WWII Veteran, and her mother, who was often absent due to work, so caregiving for her eight younger siblings was her primary responsibility until she chose to begin her own family with the love of her life, Ronald, and soon-to-be daughter, Ronilynn.
Over the following 40+ years, Linda has served in a wide variety of teaching and Prayer Ministries. In 1998, while attending Faith Assembly of God (Orlando, FL), Linda received her prophetic "Call to Prayer” and began serving as an Inner Healing and Deliverance Prayer Minister. She went on to serve at The Healing Rooms (Buford, GA), 12 Stone (Flowery Branch, GA), The Upper Room-Walk to Emmaus Ministries (Nashville, TN), and at Holy Spirit Encounter (White Columns, GA). Linda’s service has taken her throughout the U.S., and as far away as the Osanri Choi Ja-shil Memorial Fasting Prayer Mountain (the largest and most prominent prayer mountain in South Korea)-Established in 1973 by the Yoido Full Gospel Church.
Linda currently holds the Sr. Prayer Minister position with Soma•Vida, and she conducts regular prayer sessions serving the body of Christ via Zoom.

When Linda is not serving the Body of Christ, she spends time gardening with her beloved husband of 55 years, quilting or antiquing with her sisters, and spending time with her three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
