Where Love Regulates and Truth Restores.

We exclusively offer Ahavah Care™

Soul Care with the LORD

Ahavah is the Hebrew word for love — not merely affection, but covenant attachment, loyal devotion, and chosen alignment.

Ahavah Care™ is a Spirit-led process that helps restore the human heart (lev) to its original design: responsive, tender, and aligned with the love of God.

When love becomes disordered through trauma, betrayal, fear, or misplaced devotion, the will becomes fragmented. We feel divided. Reactive. Distant.

Ahavah Care™ creates sacred space for the LORD to gently cleanse wounded places, reorder attachments, and restore a heart that is whole, regulated, and deeply connected to Him.

Here, love becomes the regulator.
And truth restores what was fractured.

Soma: “Relating to or affecting the body.”
Vida: “Life”

Soma•Vida is the sacred intersection of spirit, heart, brain, and body, and it exists at the intersection of God’s love, biblical truth, relational safety, and embodied neuroscience.

We believe healing is not merely cognitive.

It is not merely physical.
It is not merely emotional.
It is not merely spiritual.

It is integrated.

“He restores my soul.” — Psalm 23:3

Restoration involves the whole person.

Ahavah Care™: Whole Healing Prayer

A Sacred Space for Encounter and Restoration
In addition to the Coaching Sessions, Somatic Practices, Small Groups, and Wellness Retreats Soma•Vida offers Christ-centered, trauma-informed Whole Healing Prayer Sessions grounded in the Immanuel and Theophostic approaches—inviting Jesus to meet individuals in the very places where pain, trauma, and unmet needs have shaped their story.

Within a safe and sacred environment, the Holy Spirit gently reveals Truth, replacing shame, fear, and false beliefs with God’s love, presence, and peace. Lasting healing flows from encounter—not striving—allowing the heart, mind, and body to return to alignment with God’s original design.

“There is no substitute for an encounter with the Holy Spirit.”

“Real and lasting healing begins in the loving heart of the Father—and it often defies labels, diagnoses, and limitations placed by human understanding. Through Christ-centered, Spirit-led inner healing prayer and a handful of somatic sessions, I experienced not only renewed hope but felt improvements within my own mind and body. Healing was no longer theoretical—it became embodied! That restoration ignited a calling: to return to teaching and to walk alongside women on their own trauma recovery journeys—supporting, empowering, and honoring the sacred process of becoming whole.”
